What Race Sim Ventures LLC does
It builds and runs one product. There is no second business line and no other brand.
- Develops the software. Booking, kiosks, point of sale, race timing, waivers, memberships, communications and the back office, built as one platform.
- Operates the service. VenueChief is hosted on Microsoft Azure and run by us, not resold from somebody else's platform.
- Contracts with customers. Your agreement, your invoice and your support relationship are all with Race Sim Ventures LLC.
- Supports the venues that use it. Onboarding, configuration and day-to-day support come from the same company that wrote the code.
The product
What VenueChief is.
A single platform for venues that sell time and activities. Instead of a booking tool, a till, a timing system and a mailing list that do not talk to each other, one system carries the guest from the booking to the receipt.
Subscription software
A monthly platform fee per location plus the activity packs and add-ons a venue actually runs. The whole rate card is published rather than quoted privately.
Hosted, in a browser
Each venue gets its own tenant on infrastructure we operate. Staff work in a browser, guests book on the web, and on-site kiosks and screens run the same system.
We publish what the product does not do. The gaps are listed on
a page of their own, including the ones that lose us deals. It is
the same instinct behind this page: a customer should be able to check who they are dealing with
and what they are buying without having to ask.
