Roadmap

Roadmap

What is available now, and what comes next.

Here is where VenueChief stands and where it is going: what a venue can do with food and beverage today, what we are building now across the platform, what is planned, and what is in early access.

Food and beverage

The bar and counter of an activity venue.

VenueChief's food and beverage tools are built for venues whose main business is the activity: a kart track with a snack bar, a sim racing lounge with a counter, a party package with food included. It shares guests, payments and the daily close with your bookings.

Work that has started.

  • Nothing announced yetWhen work on an item starts, it moves here, so this column only ever shows work that is actually under way.

  • Happy hour pricing at the registerPrices that change with the clock, applied at the point of sale.
  • Items routed to the right stationEach item goes to the kitchen or bar station that makes it.
  • Split a check by itemLet one guest pay for their own items, beyond an even split.
  • Manager approvalApproval from a manager for voids, discounts and comps.

In build

Website analytics for every venue site

We are building analytics into every VenueChief website: visitors and visits, popular pages, where traffic comes from, and how visits turn into bookings and revenue, with nothing to set up. It is designed to work without cookies or stored IP addresses, and you will be able to connect your own Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and Microsoft Clarity. We have not set a date. Ask us where it stands.

Early access

Doors, unattended hours and automations

Door codes tied to bookings, the unattended toolkit and venue automations are in early access. That means they are built and tested against simulated equipment, and we verify them with you on your own equipment before you rely on them.

Racing titles

Other racing titles

VenueChief runs rFactor 2, Le Mans Ultimate and Assetto Corsa today, with Assetto Corsa on a narrower control set. We do not put dates on other titles. Ask us where a specific one stands. How sim racing content works.

Not on this roadmap

Back-of-house food systems

Recipe and ingredient costing, food purchasing and full back-of-house inventory are not part of the food and beverage plan. Merchandise purchasing is available separately: purchase orders.

How to read this page

How we use this page.

This is where we tell you what we are working on. In build means work is under way. On the horizon means it is documented and planned. Early access means it is built and tested with you before you rely on it.

We do not put dates on roadmap items, because dates slip and we would rather tell you where something stands than guess. Ask us on a demo or by phone how close an item is. If something your venue needs is missing, tell us. It helps us decide what to build next.

See it on your venue

Tell us what you need. We will tell you where it stands.

Book a demo and we will show you what works today and what we are building. If something you need is not here, ask, and we will tell you plainly where it stands.
