Pricing
Here is what it costs. All of it.
One platform fee, priced by the size of your venue and what you actually run. No quote-only tier hiding the feature you called about, no “contact us” where a number should be, and no discount we would rather the next customer did not hear about.
In this industry, published pricing is unusual. It should not be.
The best-known karting platform advertises two tiers, and neither of them includes race timing. Timing sits in a third, quote-only tier, so every karting operator who calls about the advertised price ends up somewhere else entirely. Meanwhile every sim-native vendor in the adjacent golf-simulator category publishes an open rate card, because owner-operators research before they take a call.
A platform fee, plus what you run.
Everyone starts with the platform. You add the activity packs for what your venue actually does, and bookable units scale with your size. Nothing is bundled into a tier you do not need.

The parts that usually hide in a contract.
- Month to month, at the list price above, or take 20% off by paying for the year up front. That is the only discount we offer, it is published, and every customer gets the same one. We do not charge you extra for wanting flexibility; we pay you for the certainty.
- Your price does not change mid-term, and we give ninety days’ written notice before any change after that, long enough to plan, or to leave.
- No multi-year lock-in, no auto-renewal into a further long term, no early-termination penalty, and no non-compete on you.
- Cancel from your own account. No retention line, no exit interview. If you prepaid the year, we refund the months you did not use at the rate you paid: a prepayment buys you a discount, not a cage.
- Your guest data is yours. We do not claim ownership, we do not sell it, and we do not use it for anything but running your venue. Canceling stops the software and preserves the data.
- Onboarding is $2,149, one time, configuration, page build, staff training and go-live support.
- License only what you run. Twenty-one capability modules: a karting-only site never pays for simulators.
Tell us your attractions and how many of each and we will build the exact quote in front of you, from this same rate card, on the call.
Pricing questions we get asked.
What exactly counts as a bookable unit?
Anything the schedule allocates to a guest: a lane, a bay, a court, a party room, an escape room. Simulators are not units. They are priced in the sim racing pack. Karts are not units: the karting pack is priced in fleet bands, because you book a heat on a track rather than an individual kart. F&B tables are not units. They are included in the food pack. And general-admission headcount is capacity, not a unit, so a busy open-play session costs you nothing extra.
Can we negotiate?
There is one discount and it is on this page: 20% off when you pay for the year up front. Every customer is offered the same one, for the same reason: a year of certainty is worth something to us and we would rather pay you for it than haggle. Beyond that, no, and that is deliberate: a private discount for you means somebody else is quietly paying more for the same product. The only other exception is our founding-customer program, which is published, time-limited and earned by acting as a design partner and giving us a reference.
Is there a per-user or per-terminal charge?
No. Staff users are unlimited across twenty-three roles, and kiosks and screens are not licensed per device. Some competitors price by workstation count. We do not, because charging you for employing people is a strange way to run a business.
Do you take a cut of our bookings or mark up our card rate?
We take no cut of your bookings and we add no markup to your card rate. If you use VenueChief Payments we earn a small share of the interchange: a fraction of a percent, paid by the card networks, not added to your bill. Some platforms in this category quietly subsidize a lower subscription with the payment stream and publish a price that depends on you using their processing. We would rather just tell you.
Can we start small and add things later?
Yes, and most venues do. Start with the platform and one activity pack; add food, retail, the help desk or the API when you need them. Adding a module provisions its screens and pages automatically, and dropping one retires them cleanly. You are never charged for a capability you are not using.
Is there a free trial?
There is a trial period and a grace period, and a canceled license preserves your data. The software stops, the data stays. For a venue with real inventory, though, a thirty-minute demo on your own numbers usually answers more than a trial does.
We are opening in a few months. When do we start paying?
Talk to us. Venues in build-out are the customers we most want, and it makes more sense to get you configured and ready for opening day than have you paying for a platform while the building is still a shell.
How should we compare this to a cheaper booking tool?
Compare the whole line-item list, not the headline. A $39-per-simulator tool books a bay and locks a screen; it does not build your website, run the race, reconcile the till, hold your gift-card balances or answer your inbox. The venues we replace are paying a web agency, a booking tool, a help desk, a gift-card platform and an email tool: $650–1,400 a month across five invoices that do not talk to each other. That is the comparison we are priced against, and on that comparison we come out ahead.
Bring your numbers. We’ll price it on the call.
Tell us your attractions and how many of each, and we will build the exact line items in front of you: the same ones on this page, then show you the platform running your busiest hour.
Thirty minutes. No slide deck.

Price is one input. These are the others worth reading.
