What we don't do

The other half of the sales pitch

Here is what our software does not do.

You will find these out eventually. The only question is whether you find them out now, while you can still choose a different vendor, or in month three, when you cannot. We would rather lose a deal on this page than win one and have you discover it after signing.

Start with the serious ones

Two gaps worth raising in the first five minutes.

If either of these is central to how you run your business, tell us on the first call rather than the fourth and we will give you a straight answer about it.

  • There is no group dashboard across locationsEvery report is scoped to one venue. An owner with three sites switches context to see each one; there is no single screen that rolls them up. Two or three locations works well. A group that needs every site on one screen should tell us that early.Ask first
  • We hold no security certificationNo SOC 2 and no ISO 27001. What we can tell you accurately is that card data never touches our systems, which keeps your PCI scope minimal, but that is a fact about our architecture, not an audited attestation. If your procurement process requires a certificate, raise it up front.Ask first
Things your guests will notice

Gaps on the guest side.

Bookings

Guests cannot reschedule themselves

They can cancel and book again, under the policy you set. There is no single action that moves a booking and holds the slot across the change, so between canceling and rebooking, the new time can be taken. Nobody in this category ships true reschedule, but we would rather use the accurate word than the one you were hoping for.

Access

We do not unlock your front door

No door codes, smart locks or access-control integration of any kind. We remove the counter queue; we do not enable an unstaffed 24/7 venue. If your business model depends on guests letting themselves in, that is somebody else’s product.

Apps

There is no app in the app store

The guest portal, kiosks and operator console run in a browser and work well on a phone, nothing for your guests to download, install or update, which is usually an advantage. But if a branded native app is a hard requirement, that is worth raising early.

Cashless

We do not make RFID wristbands

Arcade and redemption cashless-card systems are a separate category of vendor. We are not one of them and we do not ship a competing product.

Things your staff will notice

Gaps on the operations side.

  • No kitchen receipt printers, cash drawer, X-report or blind countWe drive kitchen display screens and produce print-ready data, but we do not talk to hardware receipt printers or cash drawers, and the close does not include the blind-count workflow some operators expect from a traditional restaurant POS.Absent
  • No staff scheduling, time clock or payrollStaff have roles and permissions, and their activity is reportable, but there is no shift rota, no clock-in, and no payroll export. Those stay with whatever you use today.Absent
  • One payment processorStripe. Not Square, not Clover, not PayPal, not Adyen, not a legacy acquirer. If you are contractually tied to a processor we do not support, that is a real blocker and worth raising in the first five minutes.Stripe only
  • Not a general ledgerWe produce a journal your accountant can post into QuickBooks. We are not accounting software, we do not do accounts payable, and we are not trying to replace your bookkeeper.Export, not replace
  • The setup work is realOnboarding is a paid, several-week engagement with your involvement in it. Anyone who tells you a venue platform configures itself over a weekend is describing a demo, not a deployment.Plan for it
If you race

Gaps specific to karting and sim racing.

Simulator titles

Three operable today, more in development

rFactor 2 and Le Mans Ultimate are fully operable; Assetto Corsa to a limited depth. iRacing, Assetto Corsa Competizione, Automobilista 2 and RaceRoom are in development. We will not put a date on them, if your business runs on one of those today, ask us where it stands before you plan around it.

Telemetry

No telemetry-analysis product

We capture rich per-lap data: sectors, fuel, tire wear, and show live standings and personal bests. But the ingestion path deliberately does not persist a full trace, so there is no coaching or telemetry-analysis product here to sell to your drivers.

Timing hardware

MyLaps X2 and legacy AMB

Native MyLaps X2 on the official SDK, plus the legacy AMB text protocol. Other timing systems are not integrated. Check what is actually in your track before you plan a migration around it.

Retention

Gamification needs a lap time

The 164 achievements, the driver rating and the leaderboards are keyed to timed results. They do not apply to trampolines, axe lanes, escape rooms or open play. Do not buy us for gamification on those, buy us for the unified operation instead.

And how we will not sell to you

The commercial version of the same promise.

The product gaps above are facts about the software. These are commitments about how we behave, and they are the ones you can hold us to in writing.

  • We will not describe something as “coming soon” to close youIf we do not have a capability, you will hear that it is absent, not that it is on a roadmap nobody has scheduled. In writing
  • We will not quote you a different number than the next venueThe published rate card is the price. No hidden discount, and no discount structured so the next customer cannot tell.In writing
  • We will not lock you inNo multi-year lock-in, no auto-renewal into a further long term, no early-termination penalty, no non-compete on you, and no retention line to call. Cancel from your own account. In writing
  • We will not claim your guest dataIt is yours in the contract, not just in the marketing. We do not sell it, mine it or claim joint rights to it, and you can export it and leave with it.In writing
  • We will not send pressure messaging to childrenNo streak-loss warnings, no expiring-reward urgency and no spend-linked mechanics to an account we know belongs to a minor. Achievements and personal bests, yes. Pressure aimed at a nine-year-old, no.In writing
  • We will tell you when we are the wrong fitA bad fit costs you far more than a lost deal costs us. That is the entire reason this page exists. In writing
Why publish this at all? Because we say on this website that we are a Christian company, and a stated faith raises the standard of proof on everything else we publish. A values page that sits above an over-promised feature list does more damage than no values page at all. This is the page that makes the rest of them credible.
Next step

Still interested? That is the useful signal.

If you read all of that and still want to see it, the demo is going to be a good use of both our time. Bring the gap you are most worried about and we will address it first.

Thirty minutes. No slide deck.
