Every venue

A website builder with online booking, in the same place

Many venues have two systems that do not talk: a website and a booking tool on another address. Every time the website says one thing and the booking page says another, a guest phones to ask which is right.

A website builder with online booking removes the gap. VenueChief’s page builder lives inside your venue site. The pages you design, the booking page, the shop and the guest account are one website with one theme, which is why a button on your Birthdays page can go straight to booking a party.

The builder first arrived with drag-and-drop editing and a library of blocks, and it has improved continuously since. Describing a page to AI, the template gallery and forms that file into your inbox are later additions, and they keep improving.

What is new: describe it, then edit it

Describe and Build. Where AI is enabled for your site, type what the page is for, and the AI website tools draft a layout, copy, a form and the search and social fields. You can generate a single section, or ask for changes in chat with Refine This Page. Replacing a page asks first, and saves keep a history of recent versions you can restore.

Audits that read the real page. Quick checks for accessibility, search and content quality run against the page as it will actually appear, and tell you what to fix.

Templates. Start from 28 templates, made of 16 full pages and 12 sections. They include sim racing, karting, multi-activity, corporate events, birthdays, leagues, pricing, memberships, gift cards, food, first visit, safety, about, contact and FAQ pages, plus a blank one. Templates carry sample wording, numbers and testimonials, so replace all of it with your own.

Blocks and design. More than 60 blocks cover text, images, galleries, accordions, forms and more. Choose a style preset and the whole site changes color and fonts. You can set the shape and buttons, pick a header and footer layout, add an announcement bar and run a hero carousel with images or video.

Forms that file into your inbox

A contact form is where the next booking often starts. VenueChief forms have 14 field types and a choice of what happens on submit: store it in a database inbox with a CSV, send an email, send a confirmation to the guest, redirect, call a webhook, or open a Help Desk ticket in your shared inbox. You can Send a test submission before you go live, and forms have a spam trap built in.

Built to be found

Each page has fields for search and social sharing. An FAQ accordion becomes search-engine FAQ data automatically, and when your business basics include an address, your site publishes local business data too.

From idea to published page

  1. Pick a template, or describe the page you want.
  2. Edit the words, swap in your real prices and hours, and replace the sample testimonials and numbers.
  3. Choose a style preset and check the colors.
  4. Run the accessibility and search checks and fix what they find.
  5. Send a test form submission.
  6. Publish, and restore a recent version if you change your mind.

That is the workflow a website builder with online booking should have: quick to start, honest about what needs checking and easy to undo.

Who it suits

Venues without a web agency, venues with a website nobody dares edit, and new venues that need a full site before the doors open: karting tracks, sim racing centers, golf lounges, batting cages, escape rooms and entertainment centers.

A consistent look, without a designer

Pick one of twelve style presets, then choose your own palette and fonts, and the whole site follows: shapes, buttons, header and footer layouts, a hero carousel with an image or video, even an announcement bar for a holiday closure. Because the theme and the booking pages are one website, a guest moves from your Birthdays page to booking a party without noticing a seam.

What it changes on a busy day

  • A new offer is a page you can draft and edit yourself, not a request in a queue.
  • Inquiries arrive with the party size and date as fields, not as a vague email.
  • The booking page, shop and cart always show your live prices and times, and your pages sit on the same site, so a button goes straight to them.

Availability and fine print

The page builder is included in the Booking and Platform plans. See pricing.

AI drafting needs AI to be enabled for your site. The AI does not know your real prices or activities, so check every fact before you publish. Prices you type into a page are yours to keep current; the booking page always shows the live ones. Sending form submissions to a Help Desk ticket needs the Help Desk add-on. Blocks for charts, data tables, personalization and on-page payment fields are not available. There is no live collaboration and no template marketplace.

Straight answers

Questions owners ask

Do I need a separate website host or builder?

No. Pages you build run on your VenueChief site, next to the booking, shop, cart and account pages, so a button on a page can go straight to your booking page.

Does the AI know my prices and activities?

Not today. It writes in your brand voice and uses your theme, but you supply the facts: prices, hours and what you offer. That is why you can refine and edit everything.

Can I bring in the site I already have?

Yes. The site import reads your current website and builds a plan you approve. See the article on website import.
