Events · Available since September 2026

A corporate day of sixteen people becomes a championship. One tick on the booking, and group event booking software puts standings on the lobby TV and on guests’ phones, then emails results to every participant with an email on the booking.

Group event booking software that scores the day

A company booked sixteen people for a team-building afternoon: two kart heats and a block on the rigs. The host wants a winner. The operator wants everyone to leave talking about it, and the booking system wants nothing to do with lap times.

Group event booking software closes that gap. A booked group becomes a timed competition, scored from the laps people actually drive, shown on the board and finished with awards and an email. It is the difference between a team-building event and a team-building event people post about.

What is new: one tick, a whole competition

On a booking, staff open the session configuration and tick Enable group competition. Then pick the type: sim racing, karting, combined or custom. Pick the scoring: best lap, points, cumulative laps or the average of each driver’s best three laps. Save it as a template to reuse for next month’s corporate events.

From then on, standings update themselves. Sim race results and completed kart heats feed the board, and only the booking’s own participants count. A kart competition can span several heats without resetting, and the lead changes on the board when heat 2 finishes and its fastest lap beats heat 1’s leader. Combined events score points across sim sessions and kart heats, ranked per discipline.

Where the leaderboard shows up

  • The lobby TV. Contest and karting leaderboards switch to group-event mode, and an Active Groups board shows who is racing. On a combined event the display can cycle between the sim board, the kart board and the points board.
  • Each guest’s phone. The Activity Guide shows the group’s standings and the guest’s own rank.
  • Participants’ inboxes. When the event is completed, a results email goes to every participant with an email on the booking. Known minors are excluded.

Awards and the finish

When the event ends, awards are generated: Champion, Runner-Up, Third, Fastest Lap, Most Laps, Most Improved and Most Consistent. Add your own custom awards too. Staff press Complete event on the booking card on the operations board, or the event completes on its own 30 minutes after the booking does, and it is canceled if nobody raced.

Setting up your first competition

  1. Open a booking and its session configuration.
  2. Tick Enable group competition, or pick a saved template.
  3. Choose the type and the scoring.
  4. Put the group board on a lobby screen.
  5. When the day ends, press Complete event and let the results go out.

Because a template saves your choices, the second corporate day is quick to set up. This is the same group event booking software that took the booking, so there is nothing to re-enter.

Who it suits

Karting tracks and sim racing centers that sell corporate events, team building days, birthday parties and league nights. Entertainment centers with both karts and rigs can run one combined competition. If your party booking software stops at the deposit, this goes on to the day itself.

Combined days and repeat customers

A combined day, such as one heat of karts and a block on the rigs, scores position points across both disciplines, ranked within each. Saved templates make setup quicker for a repeat corporate customer, and the display can cycle between the sim board, the kart board and the overall points board during the visit.

What it changes on a busy day

  • A staffer ticks one box on a sixteen-person booking and a group leaderboard appears on the lobby TV.
  • A walk-in sharing the heat does not scramble the group’s board.
  • A host who is on the booking with an email gets the results, not just a receipt.

Availability and fine print

Group competitions are part of the Platform plan. See pricing.

Competitions are timed laps from karting or sim racing. They are not brackets or elimination tournaments, and other activities, such as axe lanes or escape rooms, cannot be scored. The awards do not include Fastest Sector or Best Comeback. There is no screen that prints certificates today.

Questions owners ask

Can guests buy a group competition online?

Not as a separate product. Staff switch it on for a booking, and the booking itself can be made online or at the desk.

Can it run tournaments with brackets?

No. Group competitions are timed, based on laps from karting or sim racing. Brackets and elimination rounds are not supported.

Do other guests on track affect the standings?

No. Only the booking’s own participants count, so a walk-in who shares a heat does not appear in the group’s standings.
